This cocktail is a Soaring Pig original and has become a big hit with everyone who has tried it.

1 oz Rhubarb-infused Vodka
1 oz coconut Rum
1 oz Triple Sec
1/4 oz Vanilla Extract

Shake in shaker with lots of ice

strain into glass filled with ice

Top with three ounces of Lemon Italian Soda
